    These Terms and Conditions are effective between: Science for Nature Foundation, with registered office at: Sofia 1111, Hadji Dimitar Residential Complex, 26 Vasil Kanchev Str., Stefan Karadzha Business Center, Entrance D, Floor 2, Apt. 7, Republic of Bulgaria, hereinafter referred to as the PROVIDER, and the person who has agreed to these Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the USER, in connection with the use of the website www.sciencefornature.org.

    Please review these Terms and Conditions for using the website www.sciencefornature.org, which provides information about our biodiversity conservation projects. By accessing or clicking on any object, image, link, or button on www.sciencefornature.org, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms comply with the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws in Bulgaria. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use www.sciencefornature.org.

    1. DEFINITIONS

    2.8. The User agrees to:

    4.3. If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remain valid, and invalid parts are replaced by applicable laws.

    4.4. Disputes will be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled by the competent court in Sofia.

    4.5. Written communication includes emails, clicking buttons, or checking boxes on the website, recorded in a reproducible manner.

    4.6. The Provider may update these Terms unilaterally. Changes do not affect prior interactions. The current Terms are always available at www.sciencefornature.org.

    4.7. Bulgarian law applies to any matters not covered.
